The Marketing Department is looking for a highly creative Senior Graphic Designer to enhance our already stellar stable of designers and creative types.

As a Senior Designer, you will work closely with our brilliant and driven Creative and Client Services teams to help develop our clients’ business through effective, high-calibre marketing collateral. You’re an independent thinker who thrives on the fast pace of an independent agency and the opportunity to develop, maintain and evolve the brands of our wide range of clients.

You will report to our Creative Director and Associate Creative Director.

Key responsibilities:

• Work closely with our Creative leaders to develop eye-catching, strategic marketing material for our vast array of clients.
• Develop highly engaging design concepts – from advertising campaigns and marketing materials to corporate logos and signage.
• Interact Creative and Production teams to ensure only the highest quality deliverables are created for our valued clients.

If you’re the person for this role, you have:

• More than five years of agency experience – and a sizzling portfolio to prove it.
• A strong grasp of brand identity, typography and the print production process.
• Experience with the latest desktop design applications, including Adobe InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator, Acrobat 7.0 Professional.
• A highly creative outlook and the ability to take on multiple projects at once.
• A keen eye for detail.
• Demonstrated planning and organizational skills in a demanding, interruptive type of environment, including the ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet competing deadlines.
• Experience delivering creative yet effective marketing materials across a range of mediums – from print to digital.
• An independent spirit, yet you play well with others.
